• Enhancing operating efficiencies:
  Digitizing the theatres would be the logical extension of the present multiplex plans. It would help achieve better economies of scale by reducing the costs across the board and having better bargaining power with the distributors.
  
• Incremental revenue streams:
  Company would target incremental revenue streams by utilizing the existing and proposed theatre network to show live content like concerts, sports events etc… Digitization of theatres would also facilitate targeted and local advertising.
  
• Pursuing Strategic Acquisitions:
  Besides achieving the targeted organic growth, E-City plans to grow in-organically by acquiring theatre chains and using the fragmented market conditions to its advantage. Acquisitions would help E-City consolidate and strengthen its position in the exhibition sector.
